I can't do this anymore, that's what I heard her say,

as she headed for the door that cold and dreadful day.

The fights the pain and sacrifice, from all that we've been through,

turned her heart to solid Ice and made her quite a shrew.

I let her down and made her cry, each time I would deceive,

it etched a road map in her eyes until she had to leave.

So now I'm left in disbelief, I hit my knees and cry,

she vanished like a sneaky thief and never said Goodbye.
