When I need to motivate, I close my eyes I sit up straight.
I clear my mind and contemplate, those things I need, that can-not wait.
I sit in silence with only my soul, planning and plotting my every goal.
Every problem I will face, I can break down, I can displace.
Lost in thought I guess you’d say, that's how I choose to start my day.
I feed my mind I rest my brain, it helps my grow it helps me train.
I am not perfect, I never will be, but that is a thought that I choose to set free.
I try not to focus on what I can't see, instead I find answers to help me achieve.
Each problem we’re given, each challenge, each task,
each step that we take, is one more to the last.
Every goal you achieve, will help stimulate,
